The ESTAS is the national award scheme which recognises the best estate and lettings agents, mortgage advisors, conveyancers and suppliers to the UK property sector.  Winners are selected purely on feedback via ESTAS Customer Review platform which generates thousands of reviews from customers who have gone through the whole moving experience with a property professional.  300,000 review ratings were submitted by customers helping firms taking part to gain valuable feedback which enables them to improve their services for the future.
The ESTAS Awards take place every October in London hosted by Phil Spencer, the country’s favourite property expert and ESTAS brand ambassador. The event is attended by 1,000 of the UK’s top property professionals.
 
Spencer said

 “I’ve said it many times that the work of agents, conveyancers and mortgage brokers is vastly underrated by the general public and its only when clients go through the process that they understand the effort, complexity and sheer hard work that goes into their job.”
