I'm thrilled to head up the Sales Team here at Blue Sky. I've been part of the Estate Agency industry for a long time now and hold the Technical Award Level 3. As a lifelong local resident, I'm passionate about assisting fellow home movers. I'm also a proud member of PropertyMark. When I'm not at work, you can catch me horse riding, being a keen gardener or enjoying long walks with my dog.

I'm responsible for overseeing all lettings property maintenance. I work closely with landlords and tenants to ensure the best service and results are achieved. I have completed my NVQ in residential sales and also hold the Award in Residential Lettings & Property Management Technical Award, Level 3.

I have been part of Blue Sky since Jan 2014 where we all work closely as a team and deal with things all lettings.

I'm Andy, your Saturday Viewing Negotiator. With my background in senior negotiation and a genuine passion for connecting with new people, I ensure that every viewing experience is friendly, smooth, and secure. Drawing inspiration from various homes, my love for design adds a unique touch to the process.

Armed with a BA Hons in Communication Studies and a plethora of safety certifications, including NEBOSH Fire Risk Assessor and Health and Safety Assessor, I prioritize both effective communication and safety in every interaction.

Having won numerous sales awards at a Corporate Estate Agent and having sold both my house and my Mum's through BlueSky Property, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the table.

Outside of work, you'll often find me renovating my own home or coordinating safety at the Bristol Tattoo Convention. With my experience and dedication, you can trust me to guide you seamlessly through the viewing process, just as I've done with countless others at BlueSky Property.
